Paddle On – Stand Up Paddle Boarding Classes
Paddle On takes people who have finished their primary cancer treatments out onto our beautiful lakes to learn to stand up paddle. This relatively new sport promotes confidence, strength, flexibility, balance and fitness. NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED. Last year there was a huge variety of ages and stages, men and women, all of whom managed to master paddling.
All equipment is provided. Sessions are Wednesday and Friday mornings (before work) from the 18th January 2017 for 5 weeks. The cost is $20 for land assessment done prior and $40 for the course of 8 sessions (RBCT is looking to subsidise costs).
You can register on line (www.pincandsteel.com) or call Mel at Te Ngae Physiotherapy and Pilates on (07) 2822047 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or expression on interest. Numbers need to be confirmed and all land assessments done before Christmas.
